Every inspection I perform is conducted with the same level of detail and methodology you would expect from an insurance adjuster, and in many cases, I go even further. My military background taught me that success is found in discipline, attention to detail, and never overlooking the small things—and that’s exactly how I inspect every roof.

My goal is to provide homeowners with a thorough understanding of their roof’s condition and clear documentation they can use when communicating with their insurance carrier. I perform a comprehensive inspection, carefully documenting storm-related damage, wear patterns, and any conditions that may require further evaluation. Every finding is photographed and explained so you have a complete picture of what is happening above your home.

When it’s time for your insurance inspection, I don’t simply point you toward the roof—I personally meet with the adjuster on-site. Having worked alongside adjusters from virtually every major insurance carrier, I understand how inspections are typically conducted and what information is important to document. My role is to ensure all observable damage is identified and discussed so nothing is unintentionally overlooked during the inspection process.

I am the first one on the roof and the last one off. I take the time to answer questions, verify findings, and make sure every accessible area has been thoroughly evaluated before the inspection is complete.

Once your insurance carrier completes its inspection and provides its report, I continue working for you by reviewing the findings together. Insurance terminology can be confusing, so I help translate the report into plain language, explain what was approved, what may not have been included, and discuss the next steps so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
